I Love My All Natural Fruit and Vegetable Wash

I love my fruits and vegetables, but you can no longer just rinse them under the water and feel as though they are clean. You now have to actually clean them.

And the way to do it is with this all natural line of food wipes and wash.  Not only can you use it on fresh fruits and produce, but also your seafood and poultry.  Keep in mind that today a lot of our seafood is imported from parts of the world that don't have a government agency that gives them a stamp of approval on how they are handling their products.

It will remove the pesticides and wax that plain water can't. It also helps to extend the life of your produce by 200% so that you don't have to throw out those fruits and vegetables if they aren't eaten quickly enough.
Pesticide exposure has been linked to many autoimmune diseases and reported food borne illnesses in this country are in the millions. Just think of how many people touch the food that we eat. From the farm to the grocery store to the customers - and then we take it and put it under the faucet and rinse.  Do we really think we are cleaning it as well as it should be cleaned?

Eat Cleaner is made in the USA and is a natural blend of plant based ingredients. It doesn't contain alcohol and won't leave that nasty taste or odor on your produce that some products leave. Not only can you spray it on your food, but also your cutting board, utensils and even your hands. They also carry a line of wipes, so if you are out shopping and really want to eat that fresh fruit that you just bought at the fruit stand you can wipe your piece of fruit and enjoy!
All you need to do to clean your produce, seafood and poultry is to put it in the sink in a colander, spray it with Eat Cleaner, let it sit for 5 minutes and then rinse it with water. You won't believe the difference in the way your food looks and you will wonder what is it I have been eating all this time.

This is a great product for those moms on the go who take their kids shopping and won't let them touch anything until we get home and wash it.  Now you can take some wipes and let them eat the fruit instead of candy and snacks.

These products were created by a woman who is a food safety advocate and her father, who is a Professor and Ph.D in Environmental Science who formulated the product line.  This all came about after the Professor had received contaminated seafood from a local market and his frustration with the government agencies food safety procedures.

Right now if you go to their website you get free shipping for orders over $40 and if you join their club you will get 25% off your first order.
Who doesn't want cleaner, safer food for their family.  Click here to see this FDA approved all natural product that will clean your food like it has never been cleaned before!

Toys Made In America

Are you looking for toys made in America?  Well, you have to check out Green Toys as they are made in California.

Their toys are all made from 100% recycled milk containers and it is all done in California - the recycling, the toy production and the final assembling of the finished product.
Green Toys are tested by nationally recognized labs in the United States and they have passed numerous safety tests, including the Consumer Safety Improvement Act and Consumer Products Safety Standard. There are no traceable amounts of BPA or Phthalates.

The packaging is also environmentally friendly and they use as little of it as possible. And you don't have to fight with the packaging to remove the toys. It's so easy even your toddler can remove it.

They have received many awards from experts, schools and parents and have been talked about on TV and written up in many magazines.
A little know fact about Green Toys - they have recycled over 8 million milk jugs in the making of these toys!

Meet the Hero Dogs at The American Humane Association Hero Dogs Awards

You have to tune in on Friday, November 11 at 8/7C on the Hallmark channel to see the Hero Dog Awards!

The first annual star studded awards show was actually held in October 2011 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.

There was a nationwide search over the course of six months and hundreds of dogs were nominated.  They came from all 50 states and over 400,000 votes were cast. Out of that came 8 extraordinary finalists.

They were nominated in 8 different categories:
Law Enforcement/Arson Dogs
Service Dogs
Therapy Dogs
Military Dogs
Guide Dogs
Search and Rescue Dogs
Hearing Dogs
Emerging Hero Dogs

I won't name the winning dog as I want you to watch the show, but each and every one of them is a hero - and their names are:
Roselle
Sadie
Zurich
Stacey Mae
Bino
K9 Sage
Harley
Richochet

Each of the 8 finalists received $5,000, which was donated to one of the American Humane Association's charity partners. These include The Pine Street Foundation, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Dogs for the Deaf, National Fire Dog Monument, U.S. War Dog Association, National Search Dog Alliance, Canine Companions for Independence, and Paws and Effect.

The winner also won an extra $10,000 for his charity.  The 400,000 votes that were cast helped to reach the charitable goal of a $200,000 donation by cesar canine cuisine to the American Humane Association. That money will be used to support therapy dogs who help people in need all across America.

The contest for 2012 opens on Saturday, November 12, 2011 and ends on October 5, 2012. If you would like to nominate or vote for next year's award please visit www.herodogawards.org .

Governors in 33 states proclaimed October 1st as American Humane Association Hero Dog Day!

There is a powerful relationship between our four legged friends and people and this is one way we can show our thanks to them for being so special in our lives!

Help to Set an Innocent Woman Free

What a terrible miscarriage of justice this story tells.

Please click here to sign the petition that will allow Courtney Bisbee to present evidence that will show her complete innocence of the crime they say she committed.  And this evidence will come from the prosecution's STAR witness!

It seems as though Courtney was a nurse at the school in Arizona where this "alleged" incident happened.  She supposedly "touched" a student (no sexual intercourse) and it was supposed to have been witnessed by his brother.

Now, 7 years after this poor woman has been in jail the brother and his father are coming forward with the true story.  The story that his mother made him and his brother testify to this incident so that she could sue the wealthy school district and make money.

How that woman can live with herself I don't know and she should be put on trial for falsely accusing someone.

And how is it that we see these child predator teachers actually sexually assaulting children and getting much lighter sentences than Courtney did (she got 11 years without the chance of early release or parole).

There is definitely something wrong with our judicial system and much needs to be changed, but let us help Courtney now by putting the pressure on the court system in Arizona to give her a new trial or release her, as most of the "witnesses" have now recanted their stories.

Her parents have lost their home and Courtney's home and Courtney's daughter has not seen her since she was a toddler.

As Courtney has passed a polygraph test and the state's star witness has said the following:
I was the prosecution's star witness in Courtney's trial and I've since recanted my testimony because the truth needs to be told.

My mother Janette Sloan concocted a story about my brother Jonathan and Courtney Bisbee engaging in a touching incident and pressured and coerced my brother and I into testifying against Ms. Bisbee at trial.  Other witnesses that were friends of ours also lied.

This Petition was started by Gene and Nik Valles - the father and brother of the accuser!  So it is time to let her go - please click here and help her now!

Top Toys of 2011

Are you looking for some great ideas for Christmas presents for 2011?

If you are you can go to http://www.facebook.com/toptoysof2011 and find all sorts of ideas for young and old.

Now before you go, did you know that Walmart, Kmart, Sears, Toys R Us and Babies R Us are all offering layaway this year?  What a big help that is when you don't have to come up with all that money at one time.  And you don't have to put it on a credit card and pay interest. There is a small service fee and a cancellation fee so make sure you check out the restrictions and details for each store.  They are not the same for each one. You can visit their websites for the details.  Target is the only one who has said they are not offering layaway this year, but you may want to check with your local store.  It could be a storage problem and maybe some stores have more room.

One other thing before you go - most of the stores are offering some form of free shipping.  Call them and check their websites before ordering.  Sometimes the website will offer free shipping that customer service on the phone will not know anything about.  So make sure you check before calling!

Now check out this site - http://www.facebook.com/toptoysof2011

Free Shipping for the Holidays

Everybody loves free shipping!

So here is a list of the more popular stores that are offering just that this holiday season:

Walmart - They are offering homefree on over 100,000 items.   There is a $45.00 minimum qualifying order and it will be shipped to your door within 3 - 5 business days. You can return the items for free to any Walmart.  They also have pickuptoday, where you can order online and pickup in the store the same day or next day (depending on the time the order is placed).  This is good for any size order and covers over 20,000 items. There is also sitetostore, but this takes 5 - 8 business days.  It is good for any size order and covers over 300,000 items. Not all items are eligible but go to the Walmart site for the details and if the item is eligible for one of these programs it will tell you when you click on it.

Sears announced that they would offer free shipping from Sears and Kmart stores. The offer is available from October 30 to December 19. At Sears.com the order must be a qualified $99 and to receive the savings you must use the code SHIPREALJOY.  At Kmart.com and mygofer.com it must be a $49 qualified order and you must use the code HOLIDAY on Kmart.com and JINGLE49 on mygofer.com.  There is Free instore pickup available on some items at both Sears and Kmart.  Check the sites for details.
Target -  you get Free shipping on eligible items when you spend $50 - there are over 500,000 items that are eligible for this.  Go to target.com for details.

ToysRUs - They have a limited time offer for Free Shipping - It is available on everything with a $75 purchase. It will cover Standard Shipping up to $20.  So if you are buying something heavy you may still have to pay something for the shipping.  Check out the site for details, but I think the limited time offer may be extended with all the competition.

Amazon.com - they have their Amazon Prime program where you get free 2 day shipping with no minimum order size and they offer 1 day shipping for $3.99 an item.  You can get a 1 month free trial and if you sign up after that it is $79 per year.  There is another perk with the Prime program - you get unlimited instant streaming of thousands of movies and TV shows.  They also offer Amazon Student and Amazon Mom programs with some great benefits.  Go to the site and check out the details.

Those are some of the major stores that are offering free shipping right now.  I will keep my eye out for any other offers.

 Happy Shopping!

Three Sites You Can Join for Free

                        WHY BUY? WHY RENT?

                     PaperBackSwap.com   SwapaCD.com   SwapaDVD.com

               SWAP FOR FREE!

You need to check out these 3 sites:  http://www.swapacd.com,

Have you ever had CDs, DVDs, or books just sitting around because the kids have outgrown them, or your tastes have changed and you wanted to listen to or read something different?   Almost all of us do.  Until recently, your choices for getting rid of them were pretty limited.  You could sell them online or to used dealers for pennies on the dollar or simply give them away.

Now there is a much better solution.  Join the “Best Swapping Sites in America” for FREE!  Here’s how it works:

Go to the family of websites and list books (paperback, hardback or audio), CDs and DVDs that you no longer want.  They’ll even give you free credits to help you get started.
Credits can be used to order books, CDs or DVDs from the huge selection of titles on all three sites (largest of all swap sites on the Internet).

You’ll earn more credits when other members request your items and you send them out.  You’ll pay the postage to ship your items to other members, but others will return the favor and send your selections postage paid!

They also have a Wish List, so that if the CD, DVD or book that you want is not available you can add it to your list and when it becomes available they will send it to you as long as you have the credits in your account.  You can also see what position you are in on the list at any time.

So go ahead and join all 3 – they are all free to join and what have you got to lose.  I use them and it is a great way for the kids to trade their old things in for new – it’s like getting presents.
